For these models the
technique we use is called "corrugation".
All level of folding ability is welcome, even if you
have zero experience in the art of ORIGAMI.
Here's what you will learn and make during the workshop:
1. Get introduced to folding mountains and valleys. You will be provided with
sample patterned sheets to practice your folding skills.
2. Once you get the hang of folding the pattern for your chosen lampshade,
we'll move on to folding your actual Lampshade!
3. Assembly of the lampshade (without bulb and pendant light fixture). Don't
worry, the knot to close the lampshade will remain adjustable to slip over your
pendant lighting at home!
